How it all began

The Plant Paradise Lifestyle Inspiration Centre was established in 1996 by DM Hoffman. It had its beginnings as a small garden centre but with the support of loyal gardeners and the focused vision of DM it expanded substantially. It was recognised as the Best Garden Centre in South Africa for 7 years and is well known in Pretoria for its quality plants and inspirational displays. Whether a casual weekend gardener or a garden club enthusiast, the Plant Paradise Lifestyle Inspiration Centre caters for a very broad range of clientele. DM was joined by his wife Marionette in 2003 and together they formed a formidable team, with DM focusing on retail and Marionette providing a full scope of landscaping services. The Plant Paradise Lifestyle Inspiration Centre is now a one stop shop that includes everything garden related including pesticides; indoor plants; pots; pebbles; a gift shop and a very popular coffee shop and deli. The staff are well trained enabling them to offer a professional and friendly service.
